Jeremy Scahill on Blackwater

I happened upon an interesting interview on PBS early this morning as I was getting ready for bed. Bill Moyers was interviewing author Jeremy Scahill, who is an investigative reporter that had previously escaped my notice. The word "Blackwater", is what drew my attention and it proved to be very enlightening. I am sure that the private military operation is now familiar to most people since it has been much in the news lately. I was stunned by some of the information Mr. Scahill revealed regarding Blackwater's alleged actions in Iraq-and even in New Orleans immediately following Hurricane Katrina. I left the interview with the feeling that this is an organization that is out of control and it has the blessing of the Bush Administration.
