Do's and Don'ts for Office Gift Giving?

I work for a relatively small office. All in all we're less than 20 and I'm close with around 3-5 people whom I want to give something for Christmas. 1) Do I have to give everyone something or stick to just the people I'm close to? 2) If it's better for me to give everyone, what type of gift would be suitable for colleagues and managers alike? 3) I have Jewish and Muslim colleagues. Is there anything that I should avoid giving to them so as not to offend them? Many thanks.

According to me you should present the gifts only that persons who have good relation with you.If you get every body same gifts that means your relation of all persons are equally and If you want to more idea for these types of gifts then visit this site where you get interesting gifts and idea........ http://www.corporategiftsmumbai.co.in/

Out of your total staff, only a few of them are christians. There is no problem in giving the gifts only to them. It is better to go to their residence and give it rather than giving it inoffice in front of all other colleagues. It is not a good practice, when you are not giving gifts to all, it is better to give the gifts to those who are celebrating christmas, the gifts be given at their residence.
