ssubmitting card to paypal account :pls help

I am from india,.... I dont have credit card, thats why i desided to add my bank debit card to my paypal account, i have ICICI bank debit card(ATM card)with mastercard logo in side, my question is- is it safe to add bank debit card(ATM card) to my paypal account, to get verified...... pls help me ......

Hi. Paypal has just added new withdrawal features to users in the Philippines and I am lucky to have been registered with it. I do not have any credit cards but I was able to sue my ATM card as alternative option. PayPal charged my bank $1.95 to process my Expanded Use Number which is required to verify the card I am using. In so doing, PayPal will refund this $1.95 upon completion of verification. I think it's safe to use our ATM card since PayPal is requiring us to submit all the time this Expanded Use Number which is sort of security (only the user knows this number and none other else.)

hi ryan i was a paypal member also but they ask me for credit card but i dont have any one only a atm card is it ok to submit my atm number to them what if i have money already in my paypal can i use it to buy something in the net?

By the way, you cannot add debit card to your paypal account, i guess. but recently paypal has made some changes in their feature for indian users to withdraw funds easily to your bank account, check it out on their website, search.
