Naughty son

Recently, my son has been very naughty. He started to say things that he shouldn't to his aunt, grandmother, his own mother, and others. All this because of his cousins. The cousins has never been teach in a correct way by their mother, instead, they learnt what they heard from their mother, such as stupid, baboon, and manymore... Since my son always play with them, he listen to what they say, and start to learnt all those thing from them. Before this, he never say anything like that. It make me really sad, so does my wife. I know that he is afraid of me, but what can I do, since I worked outstation from home and once or teice a month, I will go back. Does anyone has any comment for me? My son is only 4 years+, and next year, he will be in kindergarten shcool... Any advice please...

Speaking of the kids, I think that it is very important for the kids to be brought up in a very good atmosphere. The small kids can be quite influenced by their surroundings. They can always learn the things from the people that they often contact and play with. If you want to have your child learn more and be a nicer boy, then it is better, I think, to have somebody with good education to be his partner to take care of him.

hello there first of all how old is your son of course you need to respect your elders have you given him a smack and put him in his room thats what i do that.

Children would surely learn things that are around them at this age...Only way is keep your child away from the cousins ....It would be tough initialy but this is the only way.

We have to choose very carefully who we allow to influence our children, including family. I do not have any children yet, but I can think of some cousins that I would not want to be around my children.

Getting rid with his cousin is the best solution here. As for the moment, your son needs to be guided very well. I think proper discipline is necessary at this point. Have a great day!
