has anyone win the uk , national or spain lottery? scam or true?

I've won UK, spain, National and more lotteries, what a scam! I never see the money although I go along with the game and reply without giving up my personal information. I just send back the same info they send me and add for them to send proof of winnings and/or any other requirements to collect such payment ASAP and of course I never get back a response. Has anyone actually really won this?

I just send all this stuff to junk mailIf i truly had won all the money i am supposed to have won or been awarded in just one month on line i would be richer than Bill Gates !LOL
