which do you prefer silence or sound?

Silence is golden. Yet,it seems to be that we are into sond more than being in silence. I enjoy silence more.It is in silence that I am able to listen to myself ,to God and this affect the way I listen to others. Do you also prefer silence?

Ihate sound of all sorts including the TV and Radio. I love silence, calmness and serene atmosphere. Too much of sound all the time will have repercussions on the sound drum of the ears.

I do prefer silence, and I have found that I NEED to have some during the day. So... I wake up at least an hour before the rest of my family to make sure that I get some silence. I, too, find that the silent time is the best time to listen to myself and evaluate what is going on in my life.
