Who has the authority to serve communion to man and wife when she is bedridden?

where in the bible does it say a minister or priest has to give communion. Jesus just said to the apostles do this in memory of me. We are all permitted to remember Him. Do it together.

you can contact a church in our area and they can come and give communion and most times they will come and visit to help with spritual needs.

Any priest, decon or Eucharistic Minister can give out communion.
