Gym balls

I am currently using a gym ball, but only have a restricted number of exercises I know to use on it. Anyone got any suggestions on dvd's or sites where I can find some new ones!

If you go to www.askmen.com they have a listing of the top ten exercises for using gym balls. Hope that helps you out :)
