There are many ways how to quit smoking. We know that quitting smoking is very hard because quitting smoking is like quitting to our favorite food to eat. Just prepare your self and your mind before you can do it because if you are not prepared you feel like a weak person. And always take some replacement to smoking.

Hi there. I do agree with Clint 007 it is a will power thing. I have stopped smoking on will power for a few months however I have started occasionally. Right now it's been about 3 months since I last had my last smoke. Here's some tips for you: If you stop smoking for 1 week and start again don't feel ashamed. You stopped for 1 week that's great! I mean it's all about experience. Next time it could be for good. You might want to have some nicotine patches or something to help you quit. It does work but only put them on when you feel like a smoke. I'm still call myself a smoker. I know it's strange but as soon as I call myself a non smoker I feel the need to light up again. So now I just call myself a smoker who doesn't smoke

Actually, it is all in your head, i think. Get your head(mind) busy in anything so that it won't think of smoking anymore. It depends on your will power. If your will-power is strong then you will be able to quit otherwise it's impossible. Slow and Steady wins the race. Hope it helps.
