They luckily dont stay permanent, I have seen a few women with it today and the next couple of days the marks are gone.

hi.. some say they are... usually rapid growth marks... but i believe there are alot of creams out there in the market that can fix that... though they are expensive but i guess, it works... they say even thin people have cellulite... how true is this?

Some says it is permanent. But the color will get even as we grow older. But the depth will remain since it is a permanent mark. Others still trying to remove it with creams, oils, lotions, moisturizers, etc. i just let mine as it is. I have no problem with it anyways.
