What type of blanket do you like? wool, flannel or cotton?

Here in Canada the winters can get VERY cold so the warmer the blanket the better lol. We use flannel sheets during the winter as they are warm, and then we put on a big, warm, fuzzy blanket to keep warm at night! I wish it was hot year round here, but then again it is nice to see the 4 seasons!

hi...wow... here, it's rather hot all year round...except of course, when we have the rainy season... sometimes, i take a bath several times a day just to relieve myself of the heat and lower my body temp... i just crank up my airconditioner but there are times it is so sweltering warm here.. i wish i could be there and experience the four seasons.. i love the autumn colors of coppery orange, gold and red... pls tell me about the autumns there? thanks

Autumn is a very nice season here. The leaves on the trees turn such pretty colours; red, gold, orange, copper. The air is really crisp and fresh in autumn, my favourite scent of all for autumn is the smell after it rains. It smells just a pinch better then when it rains in spring because the leaves get wet too!

that's right, it is hot in this country. and i would rather sleep naked if i can. hahaha anyway, but there are those nights when the temperature is down, so i would grab a blanket. so i would want to have a cotton blanket so it is not so hot. :-)

hi... well, for me, cold or hot, i still need my blanket.. hehe... i like a certain type of blankies... i never tried sleeping my birthday suit... hehehe... i would be rather uncomfortable... hahaha... so you usually sleep without a blanket?

The place where I live doesn’t have extreme cold weather so I do not need thick blanket. Actually I am using a big cotton towel as my blanket lol... Normally I don’t use blanket when I go to bed. I use it only when I feel cold in the early morning or during rainy night when the temperature drops considerably. I like the blanket made of cotton because it is easy for me to dry after washing.

We haven't started using blankets as of now.. We have been using sheets right now, its not bitter cold presently out here.. But I always prefer woolen blankets in the winters.. I find them easier to wrap arnd me, as the cotton ones keep slipping away...

hi shiloh_222, my dearferind, i love cotton and always take cotton blankets. here , where i live now , we dont have that cold. so we take light cotton blankets. but wher i am born and brought up , we use heavy blankets and quilts becasue it is very very cold there. we have snow and all. but here the climate is moderate so we dont need to use anything. i feel so hot here in the summer time that i can sleep without wearing anything if i dont have any objection or interferance from anyne . we live with our in laws soi cant do certain things. i have to wear something or the other.

I like Flannel the best once it's broken in it's soooooo very snuggly. Otherwise any cotton or cotton poly blend that's well broken-in will due just fine ;0)

i like cotton in the summer and flannel in the winter. I also have a huge comforter that I use to keep warm.
