I am a working mother and am in a real rush in the mornings. I have to cool lunch and run to work. Very often i get burnt. The ones with the steam are very painful. Does anyone know of some good home remedies which can relieve the pain and prevent boils from appearing. Thanks and take care.

Hello, ketybhagat, here is a possible remedy for your reference. First of all, put immediately your burnt finger(or your palm) into cold water (ice is better if you've got some) for at least 10 minutes. If there is a bleb, pls don't tear it in order to avoid infection, and then, you can get some vinegar onto the burnt spot. P.S. The best way to avoid another burnt is, depending on yourself, to take things easy and slow down:). You know, when you get hurt, it will make both things and your feeling messier, right? Wish it could be of some use to you. See u!

I thank you for your advise and your kind concern. Believe me, I try to get up early and cook slowly. However, by the time the family gets up, college going child so breakfast, tea to husband, cook a full meal, all boils down to rush rush. But I will try to do as you say, for there is a lot of wisdom in your lines. Thanks again.

Juice from the leaves of an aloe vera plant is a good remedy for burns... i have tried it and it would really prevent boils from appearing... you don't neet to do anything... just cut off a leaf then apply the clear juice that would come out of it to the area or the burn and you will immediately feel a relief from the pain...
