In my dormitory, the person from XINJIANG(??) began to learn English when she was in the junior high school, 3 more years than the rest of our roomates. Her oral English is better than us naturally. Most of us are to learn the English at the senior school. Now , more and more Chinese begin to learn English at yonger and yonger age. How about you? Do you feel your English is better when you study more years?

May be!But you should learn it with your heart.Remember what you should remember, sometimes what you have not to remember!

I once tried to remember a short passage in the passed month, but now I didn't do it as I found a excuse for myself that I am busy and have no time. Shame!

i do not know. i learned english through TV and video games, i also improved it during my education... it also depends on your "gift" on languages. we have learn english for 5 years in primary school, 3-4 years in high school, thats min 8 years and some people still have a hard time speaking even the simplest things such as introducing themselves.

My maths teacher said I had a talent of maths.before I got to my college, my English examination paper usually could get 110 at most while the whole mark was 150.I must say have no gift of this language learning. But I got 135 on my college entrance examination. How surprise! I followed my parents' require to choose the English as my major, which makes me feel hard now.

i think the earlier you are exposed to english environment, the better you acquire the competence, just like the way we know our native language. and nowadays chinese chlidren learn english even in their kindergarten.
