Bad customer service?

How many bad customer service have you had calling a call-centre in a Financial institution? what makes you tick? and have they answered your query right? if not, what would you tell the rep to improve on?

What makes me tick is a rep that is NOT listening to what I am saying, or making up some an answer just to sound like they know what they're talking about. I've already talked to some reps that are clueless, so what do I do? I tell them to put the Manager on the phone. I usually get the correct answer then. If the Manager is of no use, go above him and get their Manager...........it works for me.
