Hi can anyone suggest me good websites for chatting, because most of the time people do not respond to you and they are even reluctant to tell if they are intersted to chat or not.

you can go to yahoo chatroom or paltalk if you like live chatting with camera and live conversation you can choose what country or what room do you like to enter:-)
