The exercise is the physical activity of the body. It is one of the ways to keep urselves fit, fresh, prevent diseases and healthy. It increases ur life expectancy and quality of living. Health is one of the great blessings. When one is healthy, everything looks good. Exercise is one way to maintain this blessings for longer time.. So do u exercise daily?!! and what type of exercise u do??

I exercised regularly. In the morning, I used to wake up early as much as possible, which is around 5:00 a.m. I used to walk and jog at the same time. I became more energetic when I exercised and it is very healthy to make this as your habit in your daily routine activities. Have a nice day!

hi, i always do exercise before ,i always ran slowly in the playground and i surely got paid from the exercise.but now i have no time in doing exercise,and i am lazy.i always sleep untill the 9 a.m in the moring . i don't know why i am so lazy .i want to go on doing some exercise.just tommorow.
