when love is painful

they say that if love becomes painful,its time to let that love go and save yourself. but just keep in mind that...if love is true, pain is never a reason to let go..

The first statement is sounds a bit egotistic and contained selfishness inside. But I don't deny for the second one. Thanks for sharing.

I don't know who the "they" are that say that, but I think they are completely wrong. All love is painful at some point. We all get our feelings hurt for some reason or another. It is best to work through that as it is tough to find love again once it's been lost. Just my opinion!
