that's for sure.. we do have to know her.. we need to know when we r outside ...so we don't get into troubles... or if u r in troubles.. u should know the law so u can come out of problems

Whether you are citizen or a foreigner to a country i think its a must that you know the Law and abide with it. Though not everything but whats important is that you know the basic Law of the country or the country that you are visiting.

Yes we need to know our laws and live by them. You should also know what you can and can't do when visiting other countries as well.
