Most site are doing scam in paid to click businessplease respond with scam list to prevent others by wasting time and money.
Mylot is great which works great in earning and share info.

The best way to identify is by looking at the min payout and how much u r being paid for each mail like
"cash money email" "net2money" and others
well i personally experienced it, these site might have paid ppl.
