Is Sports a method to be beauty and health!

I think doing sports is good for our body. For example jogging, playing tennis, swimming ,we can not avoid getting fat. Sometimes, I play tennis with my family. I feel comfortable After finished training. And I have jogging arond my school (about 4km) after school when I was high-school student. How about you??

I believe so although I’m not a sports minded at all. Before when I was a primary student, I used to be a jumper (player of long jump and high jump) but I stop after graduation. I completely lost track of sports when I was in college. Aside from exercise, like going to gym or jogging at the park, playing your favorite sports can be a substitute as getting your body fit. As long as you sweat out that’s a good sign to have a healthy body.

Yes, with sport. We'd earned the refreshing it gave us. But noted, doing exercise on sport should be overdo, it means it will not giving a healthy anymore, but it will damage our muscles and heart. Thats why we've heard someone who is diligent in sport, but suddenly he didn't woke up tomorrow. It many happened to old man and old woman. Too overdo sport.
