Have you tried laughter meditation? Medical science says that laughter is one of the most effective medicines nature has provided man with.If you can laugh(I wonder how many of us can really)when you are ill you can recover sooner.Laughter elicits energy from your inner source to your surface, energy follows laughter like a shadow.Have you noticed when you really laugh for those few moments you are in deep meditative state.Thinking stops its impossible to laugh and think.You feel light at heart when you laugh alot.What do you feel?

laughter meditation and medication. well anyway. i believe laughing is good for the heart and the whole body in general. it generates this positive energy from within and this radiates. it allow good blood circulation. the trance like feeling when laughing is also good for the mind. laughing is like having a brisk walk inside the head.
