How to stay smart and sharp

Hi there! I have a boss who in her 50's is still very sharp! I wonder how she does it? Do you have some tips on how to stay smart and sharp? I want to be as smart as her too (lolz) I'm just in my 20's but sometimes I have a tendency to be forgetful :)

I've learned this matter from my referrer and he helped me so much. Talking about smart and sharp, in business entrepreneurialship for S.M.A.R.T.E.R.;
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reachable, Time frame, Exciting and Rewarding.
Those are the specific smart key preferences.
