Hi... do you have short or long fingernails?

hi shiloh, i used to sport a longer nails so that it will looked great if i had it manicured. a lot of people would say that my nails looked good when it is longer. it is quite long but not super long... for i don't have any intentions of joining guiness book of records for longest nails... LOL. lately, i preferred it short for it's really hard to maintain the long nails and not to mention of course that it is costly to have it manicured every week. hehheheh. Everything is expensive nowdays. have a nice day ahead. ciao!

Hello there. I love to keep my short and clean too. Great minds think alike. I'll only keep it long when I need to do manicure for certain functions. The only good thing about having long fingernails for me is it makes my short fingers look long. LOL Other than that, I still prefer it short and clean. Hygiene is more important. =D

Mine are as short as ever. My nails will not grow too long, if they attain any length then I either get a hangnail or bang them up where I have no choice but to file them. I also work with my hands, plus doing the dishes..I can't keep long nails.

I have medium length fingernails (I don’t know how to say the length), not too short nor long. I like it this way because I used to bite my nails so I keep it a bit long so I won’t be tempted to do it. And I like polishing my fingers and it’s easier for me to put nail polish if it’s a bit longer.

my nails right now are not too long, but not too short either that they are buffed. i don't like them too long because they feel itchy. i like the length now because it allows me to scratch and to open stuff. hehehe and they look good, too, especially with manicure. i paint my nails often nowadays. i do it when i am already bored with what i am doing. now, i have pink nails with glittering silver dust on them. hehehe my toes are of the same color, too. hehehe did you get that manicure like i suggested?

I prefer long fingernails. But I have never had an artificial nails - I just don't like them.

I have short fingernails. I don't like long fingernails because it is not clean. I cut my fingernails every week.

I like to have short fingernails. Long fingernails seem to be dirty in my opinion.

I do keep my nails short,I have kids and it is more easier to hold them with short fingernails than long-ones:) well,I do have one long fingernail on my right hands little finger;)

I have short nails because in Malaysia it is cultural to use our hands to eat for most of our meals so it is uncommon for too many people to have long nails although some fashionistas do have them. Not common though, but I said that already. :P I would like to grow them out and try to mantain a really nice set of french manicured nails for a few weeks though... They are sooo pretty... but i digress. Short nails-clean, low mantainance, unlikely to break. Long nails-pretty, high mantainance, scary if broken. XD No brainer to me! I do respect women who are able to keep their nails long and clean at all times...

I used to be a terrible nail biter, so had short nails, but I decided to stop so I went and got acrylic nails to get out of the habit. I took them off when I was out of the habit and never bit them again! I now love having nicely groomed long nails. It becomes a kind of addiction to care for them. it is just so nice having nice nails.

My nail is short. I like it that way because i play guitar. Cannot play the guitar if we have long nails. Sometimes i use clear nail polish in it, But it use to broke too when i starting to play guitar. may be because the string.

Same here, shiloh. I find it more practical in doing anything he he he...especially when I try to massage my hubby. I don't wanna scratch him to bleed he he he he...

My fingernails now they are long, the thing is they grow so fast, I have to cut them almost once a week... so now I do not have field work to do (for now) I just keep them long... girly hands...

Here I am checking in :) I have short nails, and never understand the women that wore the extremely long nails. How can they do anything? Maybe that's the whole point. :)
