How long have you been vegetarian and why did you decide on this?

I am vegetarian since birth and in my family everyone is vegetarian.

I am starting to be a full vegetarian because I know that being a vegetable lover is good to our health. I am mostly a vegetarian and I love to eat more vegetables rather than meat. And I know that eating more vegetables food are more times to strength our life and more life. And we have a healthy body.
