Do i stroll every morning in order to decrease my colesterol? Is it true?

I use to joined the group of youngster who's doing there morning session at the park and i use to stroll while they are busy doing there chores and have myself some stroll around, smells the morning hay,then take the fresh air at the park so i can relax too.What is your way in decreasing your collesterol? Do i made it right?

Yes you have the good idea !,, i agree to that new research suggestion, maybe i can perform only 30mins. to do the daily exercise to promotes good health.
