I'm having problems with Windows Vista

I've just purchased a new PC that runs on Windows Vista. I had been using Incredimail on my old PC so I attempted to export saved emails and settings over to the new PC. I was unable to do so and contacted Incredimail for help. They replied and asked if I would be willing to become a Beta Tester and warned me they couldn't guarantee their newly written software program for Vista would work. What option did I have? I downloaded the patch and wonder of wonders, my saved emails and settings imported ok. The only problem being, when I later clicked on the Incredimail icon on the Desk Top nothing happens. I am now unable to access my email screen. Does anyone have any constructive suggestions?
