This sort of thing makes me so angry

I've just read the following article: "Paramedics in Ashton-in-Makerfield near Wigan were pelted with stones by three youths as they tried to save the life of an elderly man who had suffered a heart attack while playing bowls. They were forced to withdraw for their own safety. The path of the ambulance was also blocked by the youths, delaying the man’s arrival at a hospital by at least five minutes, where he later died." I can't describe just how angry this makes me. It amazes me that anyone finds it amusing to throw stones at paramedics and firefighters but I regularly hear of occasions when it happens. Perhaps this man would still have died if he'd got to hospital five minutes earlier, perhaps not. Either way, I can't help but feel that the stone-throwing youths were partially responsible for his death and should be punished accordingly. Is that too harsh? (The original article was on the following site: http://www.healthandsafetybusiness.com/Autumn07.html)

I think that's enought to make any sane and respectable person angry. Don't worry. Even though it seems unjust, those kids will have to answer to a higher power for what they did one day.
