I see in the news today that Alonso is leaving McLaren, no surprise there. Any suggestions who might have him next year and who could be his replacement?

I think it's better that he is run away from Mc Laren because the team was not for him but it was more for Hamilton. In the next season we will see a lot of champions and the F1 will be very good. In fact there is the Ferrari, Hamilton, Alonso (that for me he will go back to Renault) and other good drivers like Kubica.

yeah.news is not really a shock.but as to who will have him next year,i can only answer renalt or maybe ,just maybe, bmw. ferrari is filled for next year.so no other option for alonso other than to go to an established team which may have the potential to help him win.as to who will be his replacement, maybe one of the test drivers or nico rosberg.

I think he's off back to Renault next season or Red Bull Racing with pal Mark Webber.. Possible replacements I think will be Nico Rosberg or Kovailainen from BMW Williams.. another contender to fill Alonso's boots is Jenson Button which would be great from a British perspective. Hamilton should win what should have been his the first time round, whoever replaces Alonso!
