good ways to get ripped

does anybody know ways to get ripped or good excsersises or how much days you have to workout in a week or how much time you have to workout in a day

best if you work out 24/7.. but we all know this is impossible. however, the good news is, accroding to a medical research, they best time to workout is in the morning where you can burn off fats first. for you to have stringer muscles, work out in alternated days like mondays, wednesdays and fridays.. it will allow the mucles to heal a bit then strengthen it gradually.
