I regard him as a very sincere and trustable customer, and he had four orders this month. Our factory suddenly raised the price, which lead me to a trouble. Besides they delayed the production. I sell him at the former price, and our company suffers loss. I think I have tried my best, but still I couldn't make the shipment. I really disappoint this customer. How should I deal with it?

hi, juliayin. i think you have no choice. you have to raise the price. for the company and for the job. you know the price of everything grow too fast. and we have to do something we don't like. but cann't we do that? we must do so. but you can tell the customer cleaner. it is not your fault. i think hte customer will understand you.

But I choose to suffer loss instead of raising the price. It would be unreasonable to raise price suddenly. We couldn't follow the suit of the factories. We have to lose much money on it.It is a pity, but I win a trustable customer.Do you think I'm right?
