is man at disadvantage in face of lawsuit for molestation charge?

I have seen on news reports men have been accused of molestation almost 90% are convicted with charges slammed on them. For those who have done outrage of modesty or forced themselves on another person,i would say they deserve it. But how about those men who have been wrongly accused and slapped with a sentence? Who can speak up for them? In face of this charge, men is always at a disadvantage as the law tends to take side with the weaker gender. Has the law ever consider a woman may make use of such weaknesses in the judicial system to take vengence on a man she is acquainted with for some dark reasons?
