Affiliate Marketing - Anybody making money

I am a newbie too and want to learn affiliate marketing. They say you earn but you have to learn the trade. Can anybody please teach us the secret on how to be succesful. We will truly appreciate it.

i joined this casino affiliate early this month, i thought it wasn't going to be something until the other day, i got $40 for just one transaction! now i'm heavily promoting it :-)

I am new in affiliate marketing. As in any business,dun expect to make it rich fast. That is only in ur dreams. U have to sweat it out. But even with tonne of sweats also canot make enough to survive. I think the market is very crowded.Maybe few years back it is easier.Now there are so many pro around and they almost conquered all the market. Still dare to step in?
