THe present you'll give will have to be dependent upon your friend's personality. It has to be something that you think she'll be most happy to have and it wouldn't need to be expensive especially if you're also in a tight budget. If she likes to eat then you can surprise her by cooking her favorite meal. Or try to bring her to a place she've been wanitng to go for a long time now. it's you who really knows your friend very well so i think you can answer your own question.

Yesterday was my parent’s anniversary but unfortunately I wasn’t there because I have school. Anyway I’m going home this next weekend and I want to give them there picture. They never had a photo together. I had this shot from their last year’s anniversary and they don’t know I keep it. I wanted to put it in a frame and display it somewhere in the house. :) Maybe you should give something like it so you guys even not together, you still have the connection like in photos.

You can present him/her a good book or novel to read.

if you have the resources, you should take her to a destination she has never been to, but has always wanted to visit, like an amusement park or a resort.. or even just an outdoor picnic! or if that's too heavy on the budget, you could make her a scrapbook with all of your memories together or a video presentation with your pictures set to music, along with sweet messages of your own.. another creative idea would be cooking/baking for her - even a simple meal would be highly appreciated :) in all, it would still depend on her personal likes or dislikes, there are so many things i could recommend but i would like to know a bit more about her to give you a more specific picture of what you could do :)

why don't you put a video up on youtube in her honor? or you could take her for a sunset skydive, and they even video tape it for you. my friend and i went and that was one of his favorite memories with me.
