The Ronald McDonald House Helped Me.

I am so thankful for the Ronald McDonald House. If I won any money they would be the first organization that I would give my money to. While my baby was in the NICU for 2 months I stayed at the Ronald McDonald House for five dollars a day. They supply dinner and snacks for you and your family. I thought the people that came in and cooked for the families were awesome. When my daughter gets old enough I plan to donate some of our time cooking for the families that are staying at the House. I want to instill those values in her. I think it's great when people donate their time to help other people. I wasn't aware of the organization until a month after my daughter was in the hospital so it would be great if other people could be aware of this organization. Please help me spread this information to the people that could use it.

That is so cool for a Ronald MacDonald House , im so glad they helped you and if you have a good luck coming in dont forget what they did to you ..a good payback like participating in their charity work will serve as your payback..Good on yah Gurl!

Wow what a great story! I'm glad things worked out for you, I donate to the house whenever I have spare money. I believe they are a worthy cause!

I am in Australia and we have Ronald McDonald houses as well, I have heard wonderful things about this as well, McDonalds gets a lot of knocks from people who for some reason likes to target Maccas and never talk of the good they do, I love McDonalds and I think they should be commended for what they do with McDonald House and all the other charities they are always donating to, a bit clap for Maccas.

Ronald McDonald House is an awesome charity. They do good work, and you have witnessed it first hand. I think that is a great idea to donate your time with your daughter one day. It is good for kids to learn to help others. I hope others will take note and make a donation :) You have left an awesome testimony!

Hi dayzz25. I know exactly what your talking about. I also stayed there when my son was in the nicu for 2 months. It is an awesome place and everyone is so kind and helpful. They are doing amazing things for people who are in the situation we were. Like you, I wish there was just some way to give back ya know. It's people like this that maintain somewhat of a balance in this horrible chaotic world. Good luck and I hope your daughter is doing well..I wish you all the best...have an awesome day...hugs

Yes I love to know those types of organizations that donate or give help to others. Helping for me is an expression of love.
There are a lot of ways to express love. Helping is one. This kind of service is something I love to give too.
