Cannot View Google Earth images

I am experiencing a weird problem. I cannot see the earth when I try to view it in Google Earth. At times if something shows up, it looks like a white ball. While on my friend’s computer the image appears fine. Why is that?

Graphics card may definitely need an update.
Be sure to recheck your computer against the program system requirements
Increase your cache folders and clear out the cache
Check your Direct X, it could be outdated

1. Check the shared memory allotted to graphics.
2. Check if you have latest graphics driver installed.
3. Check the resolution (must be atleast 800X600).
4. Check the color depth (must be in high color or 16 bit color mode).
5. Are u able to run DVD movies? If yes then you must be able to run goolge earth too.
