To Foil or Not to Foil - that is the question for this T-day!

Do you foil? I don't know for sure all the details, but I foil to keep it from burning, keep it moist and keep the top from browning bfore it is done. Just have done it all my life (and when I wasn't foiling, I'd see someone else foiling!) Anyway, no T-day family function for me this year so i got a little Jenni 0 turkey. The directions do not say to cover with foil. I did anyway for reasons stated above, but what do you do and why do you do it?
