Defiance of the government order on crackers

In blatant defiance of the government orders of restricting loud fire crackers upto 10 at night, people were busying exploding deafening bombs well past midnight. were u a part of them? or were one of those who were troubled by this noisy expression of joy and happiness? why cant be resort to crackers with more of light and less of noise? and follow the guidelines issued? why dont we spare a thought for those who are ageing, or sick or for that matter for our cities which are strugging to breath in this pollution?
