Do you withdraw money from other banks ATM machine ?

Now a days most of the banks are sharing their ATM machines
If you have bank account with bank X and and bank Y and Bank Z is near your place you can withdraw money from Bank Y and Bank Z 's ATM machines for some small amount of charges.
How many of you have used this facility ? is it adviceable ..

I never withdraw money from the ATM of another bank, even if I have to walk a distance to get to my own bank. Since the cost of withdrawing money from a bank other than your own, costs more, I would take the walk to my own bank. I do not know how it is in India, but here in Canada, when you withdraw money from a bank other than your own, they really charge you a lot.

Only when there's no other ATM around and I really need the money. It's fine but the small charges aren't so small if you use it often.
