Is it about money only?

Sorry to say this because I will be annoying a vast majority of Mylot users. But, most of the discussions here are plain shallow, engineered torwards gathering as much insicere responses as possible. Imagine someone asking about what present to give for christmas, yet there are hundreds more questions similar to that. Or my favourites, -How old are you? -What is your location? -What is your favourite color? -How much have you earned in MyLot? And similar nonsense. Plus, I know this site is all about making money but I am tired of all those who assume that everyone here is interested in money only. NO. I am here, and so are many others to start meaningful discussions-though I was initially impended by the triviality-and contribute to meaningful discussions. So, can we please style up?

I think its like a society, lots of people want to earn much money. But there is still many people living for love, ideal, truth and so on. And you can find them in Mylot.

Cant we weed that out here? Its too obvious and annoying. Am not saying it is bad to look 4 money, but there is a time when it goes overboard. Like on this site. Thought we were supposed to be level-headed adults.

hey whoever may you i liked your great mind to write something, about ourself. any way this because people come here , i mean "mylot" may be because they have been referred by their friends saying that they can make money.... thats y they go for posting without considering the actual need of being in mylot. it will change as they get in to there actual track as they fell that they need the discussions for the sack of knowledge and not for the money....

Yeah, agree with you. But there are people who have been here ages and still do that stuff. But I believe MyLot is better than that, there are many wonderful discussions if you look for them. Thanks for the response.

I am interested in the money, but I am also interested in telling the truth, for someone to help me out in certain situations, give me advice, and I am also interested in helping others in certain situations, and give me advice. I would like to do more serious discussions, but it seems that often leads to a verbal spat, especially when it is about religion or morality. I can assume that there are some people who if given a chance will do one harm besides calling them names, and it is a good thing we all use nicknames here. I got into such a discussion yesterday by one of the resident atheists and today there was one of the resident goddess worshipers, and had I kept it up it would have continued. So people deal with safe subjects because they do not want a verbal battle.

I think you are funny. What type of topics should we talk about? I just started one about and IRS tax deduction that probably no one will respond to...we'll see. And sometimes I think there are some people out there who really do have someone that they really don't know what to buy them for Christmas. Seriously, what type of topics would you like to see on myLot?

That Christmas gift question, there are thousands of them already in. And dont tell me that stuff of it having been a unique situation, there are just too many trivial discussions here and you know it.
