Recently while searching the net,i came across a software which after installing you can see more than 1500 TV Channels The best thing is that it is totally free.

I haven't tried this yet, but I did find a good website where you can watch hundreds of tv channels (including some sky!) for free. The site it www.craftytv.com
As for your interest in free software what sort of thing are you looking for?

thanks seems to be a good site but it is not free.
By free software i mean anything interesting but should be totally free.I came across another software on www.limewire.com.This is really a cool peer to peer download site where you search for all videos,songs,pictures.
