Teaching is a noble profession. No one does what teachers do. They train the minds. They lay the foundation of future generation. I m a teacher in an international school and really enjoy it. But in each & every organisation there are some problems which we teachers are facing. Problems regarding salary and leaves which we are not getting time to time? How much salary we should get if we are working in an international school? Side by side students are also suffering bcoz of frequently changing teachers. All are leaving one by one bcoz management is not up to the mark. If organisation is not faithful then what should we do? Either search another job and leave the present one immediately which is giving mental pressure. Expecting fruitful suggestion.....

i personally believe what you said that teaching is noble profession. not everybody can teach. this is the kind of profession no one becomes rich. Yes its true! you can earn much in being an engineer or an architect or an accountant. but a big question lies on top, "Who taught all these professionals the knowledge to be an engineer or an accountan?". everything goes down to the teacher. its really very hard standing in front of the students and talk giving their bests to impart the knwledge in the simplest manner. Its not a JOKE to be a teacher.
