Visitation fiasco

Well, my soon to be ex has supervised visists for the next 3 Sunday starting out at 4 hour for the first two week and then up to 6 hours the next, right. Well on the paper work it said that my brother and his wife will be supervising him and my son and that my. Well he brought along the g-parents and thought he could bully them into giving the child to them and allow them to see him. It has to be approved for the g-parents to have visitation rights and I thought only he was supposed to be there for the first few times at least. Any way, he was harrasing them and called me and harrased me, his mother and father went after my brother, his wife and my son to get my son. Well....what do you think? I told them to go home and that we will settle this in the morning. What would you have done and do any of you know anything about this type of stuff?

I've called the cops. If they were there to VISIT, fine, but the minute they started bulling & harrassing the supervisors, they've broken the law, at the very least the police would be there to document their behaviour. Especially if they had arrived while the ex & his parents were doing it.

I guess all the laws for this sort of thing would differ a lot from place to place, it is a sad situation for you, things like this should be made a lot more simple for people so there is not so much stress, I hope you can work it all out as life is way too short for such pain, I wish you well my friend.
