Rice Side Dish Recipes

Hi, I would like to have some new rice recipes to use as a side dish. If you have any you would like to share that would be great.

Try this side dish,it goes really well with roast, pork chops, or a rotisserie chicken. 1 cup uncooked white rice 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth 1/2 cup butter, sliced Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). In a 9x9 inch baking dish combine rice, soup and broth. Place butter slices on top of the mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.

try smoked fish fried rice. 2 cups cooked rice, 1/2 cup diced seeded fresh tomatoes, 1 tbsp. chopped garlic, cooking oil, 1/4 cup chopped onions, 2 tbsp chopped leeks, 1/2 cup smoked fish flaked. saute garlic and onion in oil add smoked fish add rice mix add tomatoes and leeks

oooooh I am interested in this also, when I get my new rice cooker I am going to need lots of ideas on what to do with it, so I hope you get some suggestions, I will be watching also...
