I've just started doing these types of exercises. They are so relaxing. I love how I feel after I have done these activities. But, I am not sure where to find good methods to use. Does anyone know of any good dvd's or books to use for any of these types of exercise?

Yoga is very popular in the world now, i think many book shops have such a kind of books.Regarding abot the Tai Chi and Qi Gong, both of them are chinese KONGFU,I used to learn the Tai Chi during my college PE lessons, but now, I have forgot most of it,it is more easy and common than Qi Gong, most of the chinese know the TaiChi,especially the old,Qi Gong is not easy ,it take a long time to learn it well ,maybe you need to stick to it for 10 years or even longer, and you need a coach, which we call him/her SHIFU in China.Thank you for sharing and good luck to you!

I have just bought a pilates DVD and I had a quick look at it and that seems a little too relaxing, the lady instructor has the most relaxing voice, I nearly fell asleep just checking it out, I must start on this as soon as I have the time...
