what do you do when everything goes wrong in a day???

When everything goes wrong... - When everything seems to go wrong..one feels like screaming, crying, letting others know..it's not been a good day.. Everyone deals with stress in their own way..but deal with it..one must..Taking a walk, talking to a friend, or playing with a pet certainly can take the edge off of a bad day.

What do you do when everything that happens to you in a day goes wrong?Do you cry? Do you call someone up and tell them about it? Or do you get in front of your computer, log in to mylot and share your frustration with your friends?

what you said is really true to me. Sometimes I found no matter what I do is always wrong or get mess, in this situation, I will do least jobs and tell myself calm down. But it is interesting that after this awful day, everything will goes smoothly in the next day.

You are very right..Usually the day that follows the stormy, stressed filled one tends to be less stressfilled ...

Amen to that..whatever works..do it.. I know there have been days when I simply get in my car and take a long long ride and get some fresh air..Other times I get away from the computer, sit down ..and listen to the silence..and let it bring peace to my soul

Hi littlefranciscan! I just go through the day wishing and praying that it will be over soon or I might end up in a mental instituttion if it will continue for another day. haha..Just joking! I usually call up my aunt who always give me good advices and inspire me to always be strong. Take care and have a nice day. :)

It depends on what you think is wrong. Some things might seem right to you, and they might seem wrong to another person. When wrong things happen, I move on.
