Waking Up Tired

Just this morning, I woke up really really tired (Ironic, isn't it?). Waking up was and still a task difficult for me to work on. Whenever I wake up still feeling tired,I never tried to jump out of bed nor to open my eyes. Honestly, I slept almost 2AM..whew! I was actually making my homework which for the first time took me hours to accomplish. I really hate that. We were actually asked by our composition teacher to write a 3 page essay on what we have gathered about our chosen research topic. Whew! I really hate doing it but I have to or else, I won't graduate. Now, can someone suggest how am I gonna have the feeling of complete sleep though I slept late? ;)

You are obliged to wake up at an early hour in the morning right? And last night (or literally this morning) you slept after doing your research... Well then, when I was your age doing my research, I drank a lot of liquid and rest for quite every after 30 minutes for 5 minutes each break, just to give ample time for my mind to be rejuvenated and my physical self time to rest for a while. Having done so, though I too woke up early, I never got to feel to tired and lack of sleep... One thing more, you could have asked someone to help you with the topic. A research topic takes some time to be accomplished. I think a help would be helpful enough to be solicited from anyone whom you know who could help you, clavs. Great day. :D Ly.

Every morning, my sister and I used to ride jeepneys going to school. The vehicle arrives 5:30 in the morning and so I have to wake up so so early. As soon as we rode in, I tried my best to keep my eyes wide open for me to be conscious of my surroundings because I might wake up knowing several things from me were already stolen. But due to intense work last 3 hours before I woke up, I felt that my sleep isn't enough and so I was forced to sleep. Gosh! As I was sleeping, I didn't notice that my saliva was already dropping out from my mouth until my sister woke me up telling me of my humiliating pose while sleeping. HAhahahahahahaha!

Hahahahah. LOL! Good thing you had your sister with you! Hahahaha! You be careful ok? Never tire much. You need to somehow rest once in a while, clavs. And if you feel like you are being pushed to your limits, a brief relaxation might help... ok? You be careful always and take good care of yourself too... Someone might die if something happens to you then. :P

the very obvious reason is that you did not get time to sleep well. When your sleep is not complete, you are bound to get tired.Try to manage your work as much as possible before its too late in night and try to sleep 7-8 hours at night.

You're absolutely right. Lately, I hardly manage my time well. All I want to do is to rest and sleep which made me forget to manage all the things I have to acomplish

Just a weird suggestion, try to ask the "good spirits" around your room to be quiet while you are sleeping and not to play with you while your body is resting. :) Nahh... I'm just joking... They said that lack of sleep can never really be paid off by sleeping longer on the following night, anyways, drink milk and lot's of water and vitamin C so that when you sleep, you're body cells can be regenerated and in return give u better morning disposition. :P

If you can get up at the same time everyday even though you go to bed at different times each night, this will readjust your body clock. So eventually it will make you feel more rested. Also a refreshing, not hot shower, in the morning always helps me when I can't get enough sleep. It is also a good idea to figure out what your target hours of sleep are to feel like you are rested. For me, it really is 8 hours, but a friend of mine can really get 4 hours of sleep and still feel rested and ready to go on a regular basis. It just depends on you. But again the important thing that sleep doctors, nutritionists, and psychologist agree on is good sleep hygiene (meaning going to bed and getting up at the same time). It gives the body a sense of continuity. Believe it or not adult humans are just like dogs or children. We all need a certain amount of routine to function at our best.

it is normal that when waking up you feel tired, dizzy and lazy, it's just because your body is still in the state of rejuvenating after the long hours of recharging.
