sleep

All this time i thought im the only one in this world suffers ths kind of madness. Cant sleep even your brain is already in front of you shutting your eyes to sleep. Man no cure..

Yep! I've had insomnia for several yrs up until 4 yrs ago when I finally was given medication for it...It was very common for me to only sleep 20 mins here 15 mins there and never more than a total of 3 hrs in a night...Lived that way since my teen yrs.... Have you changed your routine at all maybe or is there something going on in your life right now that could be the cause of it? If you continue having this problem I would talk to your doctor about it and see what he/she suggests...
