how can i transer a blogspot blog to another domain but keep using the blogger?

I have a blog on blogspot wuich i want to host on my own domain a .com address..
How can I tranfer the blog and use the blogger template still but instead of having a blogspot address channge it to a .com address?
Also can I use gdi to host it as I am with them?
Please someone help me because I want to register with pay per post but they don't accept blogspot blogs
Help me please..

PPP don't accept blogspot blogs? I'm writing paid reviews for PPP using my blogspot blog (you can see my blog via the link on my profile page).
I know your blog has to be at least 90 days old for PPP to approve it.
To use blogger template with your own domain name, you got to do a redirect. It is too long step to explain here. You can search the FAQs or tutorial on Blogger.com which has a section on how to redirect to your domain name.

Barbie, my blog is at blogger too and ppp accepts it fine. But some sponsors don't want blogspot blogs so we get fewer opportunities.
