Christmas songs: Contemporary or Old Fashioned

Christmas time is here already..a bit early as usual but anyway. I don't know about you but I already started listening to holiday music. What kind of Christmas songs do you prefer? The old-fashioned traditional Christmas Carols or the modern pop/contemporary/r&b Christmas hits of the season?
