How clean are the clothes at op shops? Dare to wear?

Would you wear any clothes from op shops? I went to an op shop for the first time and can't believe how cheap the clothes are! Some are very well known brands and a fraction of the price!! Do they clean the clothes before they sell at op shops?

Not ever setting foot in one of these stores I couldn't tell you how clean they were but woul have to guess that more than half of the clothes aren't that clean. I would hope that the previous owners would wash before that deliver them but one can never be to sure and I would bet that the stores wash them before putting them out to sell. If I were you I would never try anything on in those stoeres and like anything new I would wash them before I wear them.
